The SERVE Lane is a two-part experience that shows you what it means to serve at Lighthouse and where you can make a real difference. Together we explore our mission and values, the heart and Biblical foundation of serving, stories from current Dream Team members, and the many ways to get involved.

You’ll also learn what it looks like to serve with love, joy, grace, faith, and excellence, what being a Dream Teamer asks of you, and how we support you along the way. Whether you know exactly where you want to serve or you’re still figuring it out, you’ll leave with the clarity and next steps to find your place, where your gifts meet a greater purpose.
