At Lighthouse, we believe that everything entrusted to us—our children, our lives, our homes, and our work—is a gift and reward from God (Psalm 127:3; James 1:17). Because of this, we provide opportunities for dedication, recognizing that all we have ultimately belongs to Him.

Child Dedication

Children are a blessing from the Lord, and parents are called to raise them in the ways of God. Child Dedication is a public commitment made before God, your church family, and your loved ones. By dedicating your child, you are entrusting them into God’s hands, asking for His guidance, protection, and blessing as you raise them to know Him.

Adult & Personal Dedication

Dedication isn’t limited to children. Scripture invites us to “present [our] bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is [our] true and proper worship” (Romans 12:1). Adult dedication is a step of faith and surrender, declaring: “Lord, my life belongs to You”. It is a public expression of your desire to be consecrated to Jesus and disconnected from every ungodly connections or covenants.

House, Business & Other Dedications

The Bible reminds us, “Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain” (Psalm 127:1). Beyond children and individuals, we also dedicate homes, cars, businesses, and other areas of life to God, inviting His presence and favor into all that concerns us.
